House Management Policy
Kalbarri Wilderness cruises will manage and operate its licensed premises in a responsible, friendly and professional manner to the satisfaction of customer to minimize harm or ill health to it’s customers due to the use of consumption of alcohol. We aim to provide services of the highest quality by staff. The obligations and rights of the licensee of the sale and consumption of liquor on licensed premises will be politely but firmly enforced.
Code of Conduct
- Kalbarri Wilderness cruises are committed to operate our business in accordance with the laws pertaining to the sale and supply of liquor at, and from these premises.
- It is recognized and acknowledged that the excessive or irresponsible consumption of liquor can be harmful to individuals and the community
- It is not our intention or desire to permit or allow our patrons to consume liquor on our premises to an extent that is harmful to themselves or others. We are committed to serve in a responsible manner in accordance with guidelines by the Department of Racing Gaming & liquor.
- Management aims to encourage consumption of alcohol in a responsible manner Responsible serving practices which include:
- Refusing them entry to the premises or removing then from the premises
- Not providing them with liquor when on the premises and
- Taking appropriate care to protect both them and others they may come into contact with.
- We do not permit juveniles who are not accompanied by a responsible adult to patronize our premises. The law in respect to juveniles will be enforced at all times.
- Management is committed to addressing any complaints from customers and nearby residents that may arise from activities at our licensed premises, or the vicinity of our licensed premises complaint are resolved reasonably and in an appropriate manner
